Application and Admission Procedure

TCWM and BTCWM – One year course.

  • Candidates are required to submit their application with full details of their academic qualification to the Principal, attaching copies of relevant certificates.
  • For employees of TANAPA, NCAA, WD, NGOs/Private sector and District Council, candidates are required to submit their application letters through their respective employers.
  • On receipt of application letters and their scrutiny, response letters from the Principal are sent to all prospective candidates who have met the minimum entry qualifications.
  • Prospective candidates for BTCWM will be required to attend and attempt an interview examination conducted by the Institute at interview venues to be specified prior to interview. Private candidates shall pay a non refundable interview fee of 20,000/=. Successful candidates will be notified directly or through their respective employers.
  • Prospective candidates for TCWM will be selected according to priority based on their academic qualifications.

Special Courses

  • Candidates are required to submit their application to the Principal.
  • For employees of TANAPA, NCAA, WD, NGOs/Private sector and District Council, the respective employers shall submit the applications for their candidates.
  • On receipt of application letters and their scrutiny, response letters from the Principal are sent to all prospective candidates.
  • Successful candidates will be notified directly or through their respective employers.

  •  All selected candidates are required to register within the first week of arrival at the Institute. The deadline for the registration exercise is the last day of the first week of the course.
  •  Second selection to replace those who have failed to report at the Institute will be conducted during the second week of the course. This selection will be from the candidates who passed but could not be selected due to limited vacancies offered.
