Technician Certificate in Wildlife Management (TCWM).

This is a one year course.

Basic Technician Certificate in Wildlife Management (BTCWM).

This is a one year course.

PWMTI offers the following modules towards the award of a Basic Technician Certificate in Wildlife Management.

Short Courses:

One-month

This is a tailor-made short course in Basics of Wildlife Management intended for village game scouts.  The course is intended to appraise the scouts on a general knowledge in wildlife conservation.

Two-months

This is a tailor-made short course in Basics of Wildlife Management intended for village game scouts.  The contents of the course draw from courses in 2 above but with much reduced details.

Three-months

This is also a short course in Basics of Wildlife Management intended for village game scouts. The subjects taught are as in 2 above but with reduced details.

The course is also offered to ordinary level secondary school leavers who did not pass in either biology or geography or both but scored Division IV of an aggregate of 28 points.  Students who pass in this course qualify to apply for a course in BTCWM indicated in 2
